nice idea but...Jan 01, 2008
By groundless A minor suggestion is that the stride cycle could use a clip pedal in order to keep your shoes in place when pedaling. The biggest problem is that with not much effort at all the metal that connects the pedals to the body gets very hot from friction. So, if you have been using the machine for as little as 5 minutes and go to move the machine or adjust the tension, you get a little surprise if you brush against that metal.

Don't waste your money, this piece of garbage is not worth two cents. I got put it together and put my foot on it and it broke. it was a waste of my time and money. I suggest you spend a lot more money and get one that is pre assembled and of a quality brand name.

Do not buy!Mar 08, 2008

I thought it would be a good deal for the price, but one of the pedals fell off (doesn't go back on...) in less than two weeks, rendering the entire product useless. Another problem I noticed right away is that the metal frame was warped -- while that has nothing to do with the functionality of the product, I expected more. (Perhaps too much!)

Mostly HappyMar 26, 2008
By M. Mason I use this everyday for about 45 minutes. I feel better and have more energy, so it must be doing something right. After use it is hot to touch the metal so make sure little fingers don't try to touch it. Also it is light weight so you may need extra weights put on the base to keep it level.

excellentJan 23, 2008
By T. Shultz My mother and I both use this equipment and we love it. We have been stuck in the house due to weather and it helps to give us a bit of a workout. My mother had 2 knee replacements and it is excellent for that.
